Peak is a personal companion app on iPhone and the web. This page says what it keeps about you, where, who else sees any of it, and how to delete it.
What Peak stores
- Your account. When you sign in with Apple or Google, your name and email address, and the id that service gives Peak for you.
- What you put into Peak. Your goals, tasks and habits, what you write to Peak and its replies, notes, check-ins and evening ratings, and anything else you enter in the app.
- What you choose to connect. Only if you turn it on: calendar events, Outlook mail and calendar, bank balances and transactions through SimpleFIN, minutes per website from Peak for Chrome, and photos you choose to send.
Where it lives
Your data is kept on Peak's own server, run by Peak's maker. It isn't kept on advertising or analytics platforms. On the web, your browser holds only a sign-in cookie.
Who else sees it
- Peak's replies are written by Anthropic's Claude. The parts of your data a reply needs are sent to Anthropic to write it, under Anthropic's terms for its API.
- If you join a Last Resort group, what you post there is shared with that group, through Supabase.
- Apple and Google only confirm who you are when you sign in.
Peak never sells your data, and it doesn't share it for advertising.
Deleting your account
Choose Delete account on the screen you see after signing in with Apple or Google, or, on the web, under You, then About. That removes your account, its sign-ins and every device signed in to it. To stop sharing something you connected, disconnect it first under You, then Calendar & email.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and anything that changes what Peak keeps is said in the app first.
